Hertsmere’s Vision & Corporate Plan

The Hertsmere Vision 2022-2027 sets out our strategic aspirations, reflecting both challenges and opportunities for the borough in the widest sense, capturing our unique geographical, social and economic strengths and identifying areas for action and development.

The vision is purposely high level so that it can act as a clear framework for the development of future strategies and is underpinned by the Corporate Plan for 2022/23, which sets how we will deliver against this vision in the current financial year. This will be updated on an annual basis.
